Averasboro Heating & Air does not directly employ service technicians, hold mechanical contracting licenses, or perform physical HVAC repairs or replacements. Any binding contract, agreement, warranty, or physical performance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or electrical services is executed solely and directly between you (the customer) and the independent licensed contractor who performs the on-site evaluation and work.

2.Informational Pricing vs. Binding On-Site Quotes

All pricing benchmarks, diagnostic estimates, and replacement cost figures published on this website or discussed over preliminary phone calls are general industry guidelines provided solely for informational and planning purposes. They do not constitute formal, binding quotes.

Because HVAC equipment sizing, electrical configurations, ductwork conditions, and accessibility vary significantly between homes, binding quotes can only be provided in person. Following an on-site mechanical and electrical inspection, the independent licensed technician will present a written, flat-rate quote for your review. You maintain full discretion to accept or decline the quote before any repair or installation begins.

3.Diagnostic Fees & Cancellation Policy

When requesting an on-site technician dispatch, an agreed-upon diagnostic evaluation fee covers the technician's travel, physical inspection, and electrical/mechanical testing. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, we request at least two hours' prior notice to allow dispatch operators to reassign technicians to other emergency calls.

4.Property Access, Safety & Work Authorization

By scheduling service, you represent that you are the legal property owner or authorized representative with authority to permit entry onto the premises and authorize mechanical repairs. You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to indoor air handlers, outdoor condenser pads, attics, crawlspaces, and electrical service panels. Technicians reserve the right to suspend or decline service if unsafe conditions (e.g., exposed high-voltage wiring, structural decay, aggressive unrestrained pets, or biohazards) are present.

5.Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website and its informational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
